The luxury Hotel du Vin Birmingham occupies the previously disused Birmingham Eye Hospital; an early Victorian building in the old city centre, now part of the newly revitalised Jewellery Quarter, sympathetically converted to provide 66 bedrooms and boutique suites around the central courtyard which retains many of the buildings dramtic original features including the magnificent sweeping staircase and granite pillars.
